Digital products only
CalmMove sells digital printable activity resources. No physical product is shipped. Your purchase gives you access to a digital PDF file that you can download and print.
How delivery works
After checkout, your digital product will be delivered using the email address or download method provided at checkout.
In most cases, access is available shortly after your payment is completed.
What you will receive
You will receive access to your CalmMove printable kit as a digital file. This may include:
- Printable PDF activity pages
- Movement and sensory activity guides
- Weekly planning pages
- Progress trackers
- Parent notes and safety reminders
No shipping required
Because CalmMove products are digital downloads, there are no shipping fees, delivery couriers, tracking numbers, or physical parcels.
Check your email
Please check the email address used at checkout. If you do not see your download email, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.
Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you entered the wrong email address, contact us and we will try to help.
Download problems
If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or you cannot access your file, contact us at: support@calmmove.shop

- Your order number

- A short explanation of the issue
- A screenshot if it helps explain the problem
Printing your file
You can print your CalmMove PDF at home or through a local print shop. Print quality, paper type, and printer settings may affect how the pages look.
For best results, use the latest version of a PDF reader and check your printer settings before printing.
Personal use only
Your digital product is for personal household or caregiving use only. You may download and print it for your own use.
You must not resell, share, upload, distribute, copy, or claim CalmMove files as your own.
Refunds and faulty files
If your file is faulty, corrupted, or unusable, contact us so we can help. We may resend the file, provide a replacement, or offer a refund where appropriate.
