This page explains how refunds work for CalmMove digital printable products, including download problems, duplicate orders, and faulty files.

Digital product policy
CalmMove sells digital printable activity resources. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed quickly after purchase, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we do not usually offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unless required by law.
When we may offer a refund
We may offer a refund, replacement, or support solution if:
- You purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake
- You were charged incorrectly
- The download link does not work and we cannot fix it
- The file is faulty, corrupted, or unusable
- You did not receive access to your digital product
- There is another issue we believe fairly qualifies for a refund
When refunds are not usually offered
Refunds are not usually offered if:
- You changed your mind after receiving access to the product
- You no longer want the product after downloading it
- You bought the wrong product but already accessed or downloaded it
- You expected a physical item, even though the product is described as digital
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
Download and access problems
If you cannot access your CalmMove download, please contact us first so we can help. Most download issues can be fixed by resending the download link or checking the email used at checkout.
For faster support, include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
How to request a refund

Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short explanation of the issue
- Screenshots if they help explain the problem
Refund review time
We aim to review refund requests within 1–2 working days. If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Faulty digital content
If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us and we will try to fix the issue. This may include resending the file, providing a replacement, or offering a refund where appropriate.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your legal rights. If consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
