Digital products

CalmMove products are digital printable files. No physical product is shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to your digital download through the email address or download method provided at checkout.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong email address or cannot access your download, contact us and we will try to help.

Educational use only

CalmMove resources are designed to support simple movement, sensory activity, structure, and screen-free routines at home. They are not a replacement for professional medical, therapeutic, educational, or psychological advice.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment must be completed before digital access is provided. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if there is a payment issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another reasonable issue with the order.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not usually offered once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, unless required by law or approved by us.
